| MULTEE.PURPOSE will provide a exchange or issue a full refund for all non-clearance items received within 30 days of when the items were shipped, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects. For exchanges, you may still return the item within 30 days of when you received the exchanged item. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.
HOW TO EXCHANGE:

1. Place the items you wish to return in a suitable box or envelope
2. Include a copy of your invoice
3. Indicate the style, color, and size of your desired replacement item(s)
4. Please provide a brief reason for your dissatisfaction

You are responsible for return postage. We recommend you use priority mail or a carrier that provides tracking service. MULTEE.PURPOSE is not responsible for lost shipments.

A new charge will appear on your credit card statement, but the value of your returned item(s) will be credited back when our returns department has completed processing your return (usually 2-3 weeks).
